Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to deliver a range of therapeutic and relaxation treatments to our diverse clientele, including both international tourists and local residents. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting wellness, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be committed to providing an exceptional, professional client experience. You will be directly responsible for performing various massage and Ayurvedic therapies, ensuring the highest standards of service and care under the guidance of our Owner & Medical Director.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of professional massage and body treatments, including Ayurvedic therapy, cupping therapy, and relaxation massage.
Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and any contraindications.
Create a serene and comfortable environment for all clients, ensuring their privacy and comfort throughout the service.
Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and linens are fresh.
Uphold a professional demeanour and provide exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming and tranquil atmosphere.
Educate clients on the benefits of different therapies and recommend appropriate wellness regimens.
Maintain inventory of treatment supplies and report any needs to the management.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate in Massage Therapy or a related field from a recognized institution.
Proven training and experience in Massage Therapy, Ayurvedic wellness treatments, and relaxation techniques.
Knowledge and practical experience in cupping therapy is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage politely with an international clientele.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining high personal and professional hygiene standards.
Ability to work during the operational hours of 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
Age criteria: 22 to 40 years.
Fresher's with exceptional training and a passion for wellness will be considered.
