Job Title: Clinic Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Clinic Technician to join our newly established Ayurvedic clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing medicines and stock, overseeing the medicine stock cycle, coordinating appointments, and working closely with the front desk team. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering a welcoming experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organise all medicines, ensuring accurate inventory and timely restocking. Oversee the medicine stock cycle, including ordering, receiving, and tracking expiry dates. Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments using clinic software. Coordinate efficiently with the front desk for seamless patient flow and information sharing. Maintain accurate records of medicine usage and appointment logs. Ensure the clinic environment is clean, safe, and client-friendly. Greet and assist clients, answering queries with an approachable and pleasant demeanour. Support Ayurvedic practitioners and assist with basic clinic operations as required.
Qualifications & Skills:

BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) is required. Prior experience in a clinical, pharmacy, or healthcare setting preferred. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with basic computer and scheduling software. Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
