Job Description

Purpose:

To ensure quality, safety, and efficacy of raw materials, in-process, and finished Ayurvedic products.

Key Responsibilities:

Sampling and testing of raw materials In-process quality checks during manufacturing Finished product evaluation as per AYUSH standards Maintain QC records, COA, and test reports Ensure lab compliance and documentation Coordinate with Production for deviations Assist in GMP audits and inspections Develop and implement SOPs Review BMR, BPR, and QC reports Ensure GMP compliance at plant level Handle deviations, CAPA, and change control Prepare documentation for regulatory audits Coordinate with AYUSH inspectors Ensure documentation control & training Develop new product formulations Conduct stability and pilot batch studies Improve existing formulations and processes Maintain R&D documentation Coordinate with production for scale-up Support regulatory submissions Research classical and proprietary formulations
