The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of export procedures, global market trends, and regulatory requirements related to health and wellness products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. International Market Expansion
Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
Conduct market research to assess demand, competition, pricing, and regional regulations.
Build strategic partnerships with distributors and channel partners globally.
2. Client Engagement & Sales
Manage communication and relationships with international clients and distributors.
Present product proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize contracts.
Prepare
Proforma Invoices (PI)
and coordinate order processing through to dispatch.
3. Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute export marketing campaigns tailored to regional and cultural preferences.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and digital content suitable for various markets.
Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and online promotional events.
4. Regulatory Compliance & Logistics
Ensure compliance with all international trade laws, customs procedures, and health product regulations.
Prepare and verify export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.).
Coordinate with logistics, shipping, and customs teams to ensure timely and smooth delivery.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track export sales performance, profitability, and market growth.
Prepare regular reports and analysis to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Recommend strategy adjustments based on performance metrics and market feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/master's degree in international business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum [5] years of experience in export sales, preferably in Ayurvedic, nutraceutical, or FMCG sectors.
Strong knowledge of export documentation, incoterms, and global trade regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
