to join our production team. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily manufacturing processes of both Ayurvedic and Nutraceutical formulations. The ideal candidate will ensure that every batch meets our stringent quality standards while maintaining full compliance with Ayush and FSSAI regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Production Oversight:
Supervise the end-to-end manufacturing process for liquids, capsules, tablets, and ointments.
Compliance:
Ensure all activities adhere to WHO-GMP, ISO, and Ayush Department guidelines.
Documentation:
Accurately maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
Inventory Management:
Monitor raw material stocks and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure on-time production.
Team Leadership:
Direct and train production operators and junior staff on SOPs and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills
Required-
Education:
B.Pharma (Ayurveda), M.Pharma, or B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry.
Experience:
1.5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or Ayurvedic manufacturing (3+ years if B.Sc).
Approval:
Must be eligible for/possess
Manufacturing Chemist Approval
from the relevant regulatory authority.
Technical Knowledge:
Deep understanding of GMP standards and Ayurvedic Pharmacopoeia.
Preferred (Nice-to-have):
Experience in Nutraceutical/FSSAI-approved product manufacturing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
