Job Title: Ayurveda TherapistJob Summary

The Ayurveda Therapist is responsible for delivering authentic Ayurvedic therapies and wellness treatments to guests, ensuring high standards of service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction in line with Ayurvedic principles.

Key Responsibilities

Perform Ayurvedic therapies such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Pizhichil, Podikizhi, Njavarakizhi, and other treatments as prescribed Conduct basic consultation to understand guest needs and recommend suitable therapies Prepare treatment rooms, oils, herbs, and equipment before sessions Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in therapy areas Explain procedures and post-therapy care to guests Maintain therapy records and guest feedback Follow standard operating procedures and wellness protocols Ensure a calm, professional, and healing environment for guests

Qualifications & Experience

Certification/Diploma in Ayurveda Therapy from a recognized institute Knowledge of Panchakarma therapies preferred Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a wellness center/spa (freshers may be considered) Good understanding of Ayurvedic principles and body treatments

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic oils and therapies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Calm, patient, and guest-oriented approach Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Physically fit to perform therapies

Work Conditions

Flexible working hours including weekends and holidays Standing for long hours and performing manual therapies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
