Candidates should possess a Diploma in General Nursing, Ayurveda, and Midwifery, or a B.Sc. degree in Ayurveda Nursing.

Duties and responsibilities :-

The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in accordance with medical guidelines and protocols. They play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and monitoring vital signs. Assist in patient assessment, care planning, and implementation of treatment plans. Ensure patients' comfort, hygiene, and overall well-being. Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and post-treatment care.

Clinical Responsibilities

Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided. Assist doctors during medical procedures and treatments. Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols. Handle medical equipment and supplies efficiently.

Team Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with doctors, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff. Participate in shift handovers and provide detailed reports on patient conditions.

Emergency & Critical Situations

Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide necessary first aid or critical care. Follow hospital emergency protocols and assist in crisis manageme
