- Understanding basics of Ayurvedic product development cycle and Ayurveda concepts.
- Understand the Product development cycle theoretically and application of them in
- Able to perform basic analytical tests and establish product specification \xe2\x80\x93 pH, Viscosity, etc.
- Ability to prepare documents (formulation record, manufacturing SOP and CoA) for the raw
- Create the specifications for Ayurvedic/ cosmetic raw materials, packaging materials and
- Ability to conduct stability studies and sensory evaluation of the products.
- Able to create the manufacturing SOP for the products.
- Able to coordinate with cross functional team.
- A team player with collaborative mindset
- Willing to travel to commercial manufacturing sites for scale-up studies.
- Strong Technical knowledge of formulation & processing skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
- Conversant with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work with team and cross functional interactions.
- Preference to be given for candidates interested in colour cosmetic products.
