You will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and guiding patients toward complete wellness using evidence-based Ayurvedic practices.
Key Responsibilities: Clinical Responsibilities
Conduct detailed patient consultations including Nadi Pariksha, medical history, and Ayurvedic assessment.
Diagnose diseases based on Ayurvedic fundamentals and modern diagnostic understanding.
Design personalized treatment plans including Panchakarma, Shodhana, Shamana therapies, and lifestyle/diet modifications.
Supervise and guide Panchakarma therapists and treatment staff.
Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments in treatment protocols.
Prescribe Ayurvedic medicines/formulations with proper dosage and instructions.
Administrative & Support Responsibilities
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Participate in medical camps, wellness programs, and OPD/IPD services.
Collaborate with the management for treatment package development and quality improvement.
Train and guide junior doctors, interns, and therapy staff as required.
Qualifications:
M.D. (Ayurveda)
from a recognized university.
Valid registration with the State/ Central Council of Indian Medicine.
Minimum 0-3 years of clinical experience (freshers may also apply).
Strong understanding of classical Ayurvedic texts and modern clinical integration.
Skills Required:
Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
Strong communication and patient counseling abilities.
Knowledge of Panchakarma procedures and Ayurvedic formulations.
Ability to manage OPD/IPD and handle emergencies.
