What will you be doing?

• Work with business users and business analysts to drill into requirements.
• Work within scrum / business teams to come up with the functional and technical design of the applications.
• Create automated feature tests (TDD/BDD) for all new functions.
• Work in a continuous build mode (using GIT / Team City).
• Deploy and test with scrum team members / business in a sprint / iterative manner.
• Build and deploy.
• Post implementation support.
• Continuous improvement and contribute to the design and architecture of the overall solution.

What we're looking for:

• Extensive Experience in Oracle Database/ Sql Server Database technologies
• Good experience with Sql Query building and analysis
• Experience of directly working with end users and BAs to elicit requirements, and work through design
• Building high performance applications that process large amounts of data.
• Good understanding of data models.
• Development using SOLID principles
• Investment banking / risk experience or Willingness and capacity to learn complex financial concepts relevant to the role.

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Extensive Sql Server experience with hands on Creating Procedure, Functions and Complex SQL Queries.
• Extensive experience in Performance Optimization and SSIS development with knowledge of different type of Containers and Loops.
• Extensive knowledge on Performance Tuning with heavy size tables.
• Good understanding of data models.
• Experience with DevOps/automation implementation (CI/CD)/ TDD/BDD
• Experience of directly working with end users and BAs to elicit requirements, and work through design
• The ability to progress peer reviews.
• Building high performance applications that process large amounts of data.
• Development using SOLID principles
• Investment banking / risk experience or Willingness and capacity to learn complex financial concepts relevant to the role.

Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge on Investment Banking Domain is an advantage.
• Experience on any reporting tool is an advantage
• Continuous improvement and contribute to the design and architecture of the overall solution.
• Running and supporting structured testing.
