About the Role

We are seeking an

AWS Infrastructure Manager

to oversee and maintain our cloud infrastructure. The primary focus of this role is to

monitor and manage ECS, EC2, RDS, and VPN connectivity

, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across our AWS environment.
You will also contribute to our

PCI Compliance efforts

(alongside our compliance expert) and take full ownership of

CloudWatch monitoring and alarm configurations

.

Key Responsibilities

Setup, Monitor and manage

AWS services including ECS, EC2, RDS, and VPN connectivity.

Set up and maintain CloudWatch dashboards and alarms

for proactive monitoring. Troubleshoot AWS infrastructure issues and ensure system uptime and reliability. Assist in

incident response and root cause analysis

for infrastructure-related issues. Support periodic

infrastructure audits and compliance activities

(PCI-related tasks with guidance from the compliance expert). Optimize resource utilization and cost efficiency across AWS environments. Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments and stable environments. Document infrastructure setup, monitoring configurations, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience

managing AWS infrastructure. Strong knowledge of

ECS, EC2, RDS, VPC/VPN, CloudWatch, IAM, and Security Groups

. Familiarity with

AWS CLI and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

tools like CloudFormation or Terraform (preferred). Experience in

monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning

of AWS workloads. Basic understanding of

security best practices

and

compliance frameworks

(PCI experience is a plus). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Good to Have

Experience with

AWS Config, Guard Duty, or Security Hub

. Knowledge of

CI/CD pipelines

and deployment automation. Familiarity with

cost optimization tools

and AWS Billing dashboards.
