When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you'll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You'll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.


As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you lead the modernization of applications to leverage AWS cloud technologies. As a Manager, you guide the execution of modernization projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and design solutions that align with business objectives.


Responsibilities


Lead teams in the modernization of AWS applications Drive project management efforts to secure successful outcomes Mentor team members and promote skill development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance project delivery Identify and implement innovative solutions for application challenges Analyze project requirements and align with business objectives Secure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technological advancement
What You Must Have


Bachelor's Degree 8 years of experience Oral and written proficiency in English required

Experience in application modernization in the cloud Exceptional proficiency in AWS cloud services Leading technical projects from inception to completion Driving adoption of DevOps practices and automation Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope Providing technical guidance and mentorship to teams Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues Developing software in multiple programming languages Demonstrating exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
