Job Description

The Contractor resource will provide Middleware Tier 2.5 level of support and will support the containerized applications running on Kubernetes, Dockers, Apache, Tomcat, WAS, IIS, Container platform on Cloud (AWS EKS) middleware technologies. Operations Analyst need to support production environment by pro-actively monitoring and quickly responding to middleware incidents for one or more technologies within the technical area of expertise. Frequently collaborate with vendor/contractor partners to develop and implement detailed design, configuration and engineering strategies/solutions to resolve issues/incidents while remaining focused on security, up-time and performance. Provide troubleshooting and resolution to routine/semi-complex problems.

Must have skills:

AWS EKS, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Jenkins

Good to have skills:

Apache, Tomcat, WAS, IIS

Support Shifts: Shift will be rotational out of the following two ( 8 AM IST to 4:30 PM IST, 2 PM IST to 1030 PM IST). It will be a support role with demands to accomplish automation needs of the project.

Location:

Preference is Gurugram and it will be a hybrid support model where the expectation is to do work from office for at least 3 days a week along with the rest of the team
