Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive

AWS DevOps Engineer

to join our team and manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and application deployment on AWS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC), automation tools, containerization, and monitoring in a production-grade environment.

Job Responsibilities

Deploying and upgrading mission critical applications on Kubernetes and Docker architecture and associated tools

Hands-on experience with provisioning and managing AWS services such as EC2, RDS, ECS, EKS, API Gateway, Lambda Function, S3 etc

Strong knowledge of Linux shell scripting

Develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment systems using tools like GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, SVN.

Experience using monitoring solutions (CloudWatch)

Manage existing hardware, software, and networking systems to ensure global office security, uptime, and efficiency

Creating and implementing scalable networks at new and legacy environments

Build and maintain 24/7 alerting, logging, and on call systems to ensure uptime at all office locations and cloud infrastructure

Deploying and supporting MySQL DB and/or MongoDB

Should be knowledgeable about Firewall, OWASP and security policies

Should be able to work on bash and having Python exposure will be a big plus.

Qualifications/Experience:

Experience leveraging microservices such as Kubernetes and Docker

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, Code Pipeline, etc.

Automate provisioning and deployment using Terraform, Cloud Formation, or AWS CDK

Manage and maintain

Docker containers

and

Kubernetes clusters

Must have expert level experience working on AWS services like S3, Lambada, SQS, API Gateway, IAM, Elastic Kubernetes Services

Demonstrable experience using and configuring Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tools (e.g GitLab, Jenkins, SVN, Ansible)

Strong and Independent knowledge on Linux Scripting.

Multi-tier architectures: Load Balancers, Caching, Web Servers, Application Servers, Networking and Databases.

Strong Sysadmin knowledge-base of MySQL DB and MongoDB

Advanced experience with AWS load balancers, S3, CloudFront, etc.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Handle

backup and disaster recovery strategies

Work closely with development teams to align infrastructure with application needs

Perform

cost optimization and performance tuning

of AWS services
