Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

DevOps Engineer with strong AWS expertise

to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure while streamlining our development and deployment processes.

Core Responsibilities:

Design and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Setup and manage source code version control using Git repositories; design and implement branching strategies; design and setup code review and approvals for PRs Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test and deployment Configure and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems Optimize cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency Coordinate with Development and QA teams for load testing and stress testing Ensure high availability and disaster recovery of production systems Implement security best practices and compliance requirements Undertake regular security audits of the infrastructure and plug loopholes Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues Automate routine operational tasks Provide technical guidance and documentation

Technical Requirements:

AWS Expertise

Strong experience with core AWS services EC2, ECS, EKS VPC, Route53, CloudFront RDS, DynamoDB S3, EBS CloudWatch, CloudTrail IAM, Security Groups Lambda, API Gateway ELB, Auto Scaling Video Transcoding - MediaConvert and MediaLive

DevOps Tools & Technologies:

Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/OpenTofu, CloudFormation) Container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) Version control systems (Git) Configuration management (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet) Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) Log management (ELK Stack) VPN Setup and management

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 3+ years of experience in DevOps role Proven experience with AWS cloud infrastructure Excellent problem-solving abilities Good communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer)
