About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

DevOps Engineer

with strong expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure, containerization, and automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing multi-account AWS environments, implementing CI/CD pipelines, ensuring compliance, and optimizing costs while maintaining secure and scalable infrastructure.

Must-Have Skills:

Containerization & Orchestration:

Docker, AWS ECS, ECR, EFS

Compute & Messaging:

AWS EC2, SQS, Amazon MQ

Storage & Databases:

AWS S3, RDS, ElastiCache, EFS

Serverless & Cloud-Native Services:

AWS Lambda, Amplify, IAM, Secrets Manager

CI/CD & Automation:

GitLab CI/CD, Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

Multi-Account & Security Governance

Design and implement cross-account access using AWS Organizations and IAM roles Automate AWS key rotation workflows using Secrets Manager and Lambda Apply least privilege principles across environments and services

Cost & Resource Management

Automate tagging and cost tracking using AWS native tools Set up alerts for unusual usage patterns Rightsize resources to minimize unnecessary costs

Compliance & Audit

Implement policies for secure and compliant infrastructure Monitor, log, and audit environments for adherence to standards Support internal and external audits with required documentation

General DevOps & Delivery

Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD Automate deployments and infrastructure provisioning with Terraform Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of applications Collaborate with development teams to support AI/ML, full-stack, and software projects

Good-to-Have

Jenkins, AWS CDK, or experience with MLOps pipelines Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK) Familiarity with security compliance standards (ISO, SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
