Job Description

• Act as the AWS DevOps Subject Matter Expert for a large-scale on-prem to AWS migration project.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and integrate with GitHub repositories.
• Lead containerization and orchestration strategy using EKS (Kubernetes) and ECS (Fargate/EC2).
• Create and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, following modular and reusable patterns.
• Configure and optimize Amazon S3 for data storage, versioning, and lifecycle policies.
• Implement secure secrets and configuration management using AWS Secrets Manager.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate infrastructure and deployment requirements into scalable AWS solutions.
• Ensure compliance with AWS security best practices including IAM, VPC design, and encryption.
• Guide the design and implementation of GitOps workflows and automated deployment strategies.
• Conduct performance tuning, cost analysis, and infrastructure right-sizing for cloud workloads.
• Build monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions using CloudWatch, Prometheus, or similar tools.
• Assist with container build strategies, image security, and registry management.
• Troubleshoot complex deployment and infrastructure issues across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Provide technical mentorship and documentation for DevOps processes and cloud architecture.
• (Preferred) Hold certifications such as AWS DevOps Engineer Professional or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
