ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


We are seeking a highly skilled

AWS Data Engineer

to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS services, hands-on experience with big data tools, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, secure, and production-grade data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

DATA ARCHITECTURE & ENGINEERING

Design, develop, and maintain scalable

ETL/ELT data pipelines

using AWS cloud services. Build and optimize data architectures to support analytics, reporting, and real-time use cases. Develop ingestion frameworks for structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.

AWS CLOUD SOLUTIONS

Work extensively with

AWS services

such as:

S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift, Lambda, Kinesis, EMR, DynamoDB, CloudWatch

Implement robust data storage, transformation, and retrieval mechanisms on AWS.

DATA MODELING & OPTIMIZATION

Design

data models

, star schemas, and normalized structures for analytics. Optimize data processing performance and cost using AWS-native tuning techniques.

BIG DATA & PROCESSING

Work with big data technologies such as

Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Kafka

, or airflow-based orchestration.

DATA QUALITY & GOVERNANCE

Implement data quality checks, validation rules, and error-handling frameworks. Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.

COLLABORATION & SUPPORT

Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Product teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions. Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability of data workflows.
