Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in DBT SQL AWS Cloud and Data Architecture with exposure to Mantis. This role involves designing and implementing data solutions ensuring data security and optimizing data transformation processes. The position is hybrid with no travel required and operates during the day shift.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable data architecture solutions to support business objectives and enhance data-driven decision-making. Oversee the integration of data from various sources ensuring seamless data flow and consistency across platforms. Provide expertise in AWS Cloud to optimize data storage processing and retrieval enhancing system performance. Ensure data privacy and security by implementing robust protocols and compliance measures to protect sensitive information. Lead the development and execution of data transformation processes using DBT Core and DBT Macros to streamline data workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet business needs. Utilize SQL and Python to develop and maintain data pipelines ensuring efficient data processing and analysis. Monitor and evaluate data systems to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to optimize performance. Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture processes and protocols to ensure clarity and consistency. Provide guidance and support to team members on best practices in data architecture and security. Conduct regular assessments of data systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote data literacy and empower teams to leverage data effectively. Drive innovation by staying updated on emerging technologies and trends in data architecture and cloud computing.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in AWS Cloud demonstrating the ability to design and implement cloud-based data solutions. Have a strong background in data architecture with a proven track record of developing scalable and efficient data systems. Demonstrate expertise in data privacy and security ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Be proficient in DBT Core and DBT Macros with the ability to optimize data transformation processes. Exhibit advanced skills in SQL and Python enabling the development of robust data pipelines and analytics solutions. Show experience in data integration ensuring seamless data flow and consistency across platforms.

Certifications Required

Good to have - AWS Certified Solutions Architect Certified Data Management Professional
