- Container Platform Operations Engineer (L3)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Container Platform Engineer (L3)

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in containerization, cloud-native platforms, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with strong stakeholder management skills. This role involves managing complex cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and manage

containerized environments

using Docker and Kubernetes. Operate and optimize

cloud services

across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Manage and support

EKS, ECS, EC2, AKS, ACI, and Azure Apps

. Implement and govern

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

using Terraform and CloudFormation. Automate CI/CD pipelines with

Jenkins

and integrate with artifact repositories. Administer and support

RHEL-based systems

. Configure and maintain monitoring solutions such as

Splunk, ELK, Grafana, and Prometheus

. Manage container registries and repositories including

ECR, ACR, JFrog Artifactory, Bitbucket, and Git

. Ensure

container security

and compliance with industry standards. Operate and manage

Kubernetes platforms and cluster managers

(Nirmata, OpenShift, Rancher). Collaborate with business stakeholders, providing expert guidance and managing expectations. Govern ITSM processes, ensuring alignment with KPIs and reporting standards. Support

audit evidence preparation, submission, and reporting

. Contribute to

risk and issue management

, cost optimization initiatives, and service transition activities. Ensure compliance with

ITIL framework

and support qualification validation processes. Apply

CIS security framework

and system hardening best practices. Participate in service reviews and ensure operational excellence across cloud platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 7+ years of experience in cloud operations, DevOps, or platform engineering. Proven track record in managing enterprise-scale cloud environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
