Key Responsibilities
Lead the end to end technical delivery of contact center modernization projects using AWS Connect
Collaborate with architects product owners and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and implementation plans
Design and develop custom contact flows IVR systems and integrations with CRMs and third party platforms
Guide the development team in implementing AWS services such as Lambda Lex Polly S3 DynamoDB and CloudWatch
Ensure high availability scalability and security of the contact center infrastructure
Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the contact center ecosystem
Stay current with AWS innovations and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
6 plus years of experience in software development and cloud technologies
2 plus years of hands on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services
Strong understanding of contact center technologies including IVR CTI call routing, and real time analytics
Experience with RESTful APIs microservices, and serverless architecture.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python Node.js or Java
Excellent problem solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect.
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) and their integration with Amazon Connect.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI and CD pipelines.
Exposure to AI and ML capabilities for enhancing customer interactions.
