- At least 8 years of AWS Connect experience
- Experience in implementing Amazon Connect Agent Workspace for contact centers
- Experience in customizing Amazon Connect Agent Workspace, integrating with 3rd-party applications, and designing Agent Workflow Guides
- Experience building conversational interfaces using Amazon LEX
- Capability to write CloudFormation templates
- Experience working with Azure DevOps and GitHub
- Must have good communication skills and Team leading experience
