3- 5 years Business Analyst experience in Contact center projects
Business Analyst experience in Contact center projects
Customer Journey Mapping
User stories creation
Salesforce portion + someone with call center operations knowledge as well * Contact Center experience

• Journey map and or use case creation
• Ability to assist in ESOAR workshops and drive discussions
• Good communication
