Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Certified Corporate Trainer to join our team. This is a full-time position located in Hyderabad or Bangalore, ideal for a mid-level professional with a minimum of 4 years of work experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality AWS training and certification preparation.
Qualifications and Skills

• In-depth knowledge of AWS Services (Mandatory skill), capable of explaining complex concepts clearly and effectively.
• Proven experience in Training Delivery (Mandatory skill) with a track record of positive feedback from learners.
• Hands-on experience in preparing candidates for AWS Certification (Mandatory skill).
• Strong understanding of Cloud Computing Concepts, including various service models and deployment strategies.
• Proficient in Instructional Design to create engaging and effective learning materials and activities.
• Excellent Public Speaking skills, with comfort in front of large audiences and the ability to maintain learner engagement.
• Expertise in Technical Writing to develop comprehensive and easy-to-understand course documentation.
• Experience in developing Hands-on Labs that provide practical experience and reinforce learning.

• Deliver AWS certification training sessions to corporate clients and individual learners, ensuring high knowledge transfer and engagement.
• Develop and update training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and assessments in alignment with AWS certifications and corporate needs.
• Design and conduct hands-on labs to provide practical experience for learners, enhancing their understanding of AWS services and concepts.
• Provide guidance and support to learners in their certification preparation journey by resolving queries and providing additional resources.
• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making necessary improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest AWS services, updates, and best practices to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with the sales and support team to identify client training needs and customize programs accordingly.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and subject matter expertise to represent CNR EdTech positively.
