As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle.
Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software meets client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and overseeing the implementation of solutions that enhance system performance and user experience.
You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools used in software development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall team capabilities.
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation-
Shift timing will be 1 Pm to 10:30 PM.
Professional & Technical Skills: -
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS BigData.
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and services.
Experience with data processing frameworks such as Apache Hadoop or Apache Spark.
Familiarity with data storage solutions including Amazon S3 and Amazon Redshift.
Ability to design and implement data pipelines for efficient data processing.
Additional Information: -
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS BigData.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
