Roles and Responsibilities
- Fast proof-of-concept preparations and demos.
- Write functional, design specification documents, create architecture diagrams
- Follow clean coding principles when writing code
- Understand scalability, availability, performance implications when writing code
- Interact and work with various developers, across domains as needed towards an effective solution.
- Must be able to test the code written,
- Effective debugging, troubleshooting, and automation skills
- Ability to review code, understand code complexities
- Experience and understanding of different architecture types - distributed, messaging, REST, Microservices
- Masters/bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer engineering or a similar discipline
- Design, Develop & Manage Enterprise Cloud in AWS environments & tooling (Development, Testing and Production)
- Strong understanding across Cloud and infrastructure components (server, storage, network, data, and applications) to deliver end to end Cloud Infrastructure architectures and designs.
- Extensive knowledge in Grafana, AWS EC2, Apache Spark, Scala, SQL, POSTGRESQL, AWS RDS, Maven, Big Data, AWS API Gateway, AWS LAMBDA, AWS Kinesis, AWS S3, Data Engineering
- Proficient in Logstash, Elasticsearch/AWS Elasticsearch, Scaling, AWS VPC, NoSql, FileBeat, Bash/Python scripting
- Experience in designing cloud-native applications utilizing Lambda, Microservices, API Gateway, CloudFront/Route53/S3 web hosting, CDN, Caching,
- Experience in designing solution which can scale and performance effective
- Solution should be security compliant with Harman IT and address GDPR/CCA
- Experience in providing solution for remote debugging, MQTT, AWS IOT
- Experience with cloud security architectures \xe2\x80\x93 Encryption (Rest & Motion)
- Authentication/Authorization (including but not limited to SAML, OAUTH, OpenID Connect, WSO2), Public/Private Subnetting, CloudTrail/CloudWatch, WAF, AWS Shield
- Experience migrating applications from on-prem to cloud environments.
- Familiarity scripting including AWS CLI
- Experience would include developing serverless application that are API driven and services (databases \xe2\x80\x93 PostgreSQL/MySQL, Lambda/Functions, API Gateway, Message Queuing (SNS/SQS), etc.).
- Working knowledge of CICD tools like GIT, Jenkins, Code Commit, Code Deploy, etc.
- Ability to advise on, design and implement, different solution architectures for different requirements, including (but not limited to):
- Systems Architecture, Engineering and implementation \xe2\x80\x93 Identifying and delivering on business and operational requirements.
- Data processing \xe2\x80\x93 streaming, Kinesis, Batch, Analytics processing, ETL, etc.
- Experience in debugging, problem-solving, and improving application performance.
- Working experience with industry standard version control systems like JIRA, Confluence
- Experience of working in Agile environment and good understanding of Agile processes
- AWS developer Certification is added advantage
- Knowledge in Salesforce commerce API integration is an added advantage
- Good written and oral communication skills to collaborate with teams across geographies
- Must be able to work independently, communicate with business users and document requirements & architectures.
- Good analytical and decision-making skills using data & experience.
- Should be able to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple projects at a time.
