Automation of OS Patching Following is a more detailed description of support requirements for the AWS environment: Strong hands on cloud experience with Azure and AWS is required both administrative and architecture. Create client bucket - (SOP includes creating a bucket, creating snowflake users for stage access for Dev, Prod, QA) Client Facing - must communicate well with client and own the project delivery Team building, guiding and mentoring Availability to work in shifts Create new/update users and assign to groups to access DaaS S3 (Developer, Operations, Implementation, Deployment, ADMIN roles) Create an IAM Role to update policies for the IAM role & KMS as needed (Client Implementation, product testing) Create KMS keys for product testing (Not applicable for client, product) Setup / Provision the AWS serverless Redshift Creation of S3 buckets and policies Manage AWS Secrets manager. New AWS region setup if needed (Lambda, API, secrets Manager, change or update VPC) Any technical issues that arise connecting to a cloud tool (Databricks, Redshift, etc) Server Deployments Multi-region configurations for design resiliency.
