Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, storage, and containerization.
Proficiency in automation tools (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Good to have scripting skills in Python/Bash.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks (

,SOC
,GDPR
). Exposure tocost management tools
andFinOps practices
