Responsibilities:

Sales Development: Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within the poultry industry. Generate leads, conduct market research, and develop a strong understanding of customer needs and pain points.
Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients. Provide exceptional customer service and be the point of contact for any queries or concerns they may have regarding our poultry equipment and services.
Product Presentation: Effectively present and demonstrate our range of poultry equipment and solutions to potential customers. Showcase the features and benefits of our products to address customer requirements and drive sales.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability for the company.
Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales deals in a timely and efficient manner.
Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion of our product range.
Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote our brand and establish valuable connections with potential customers.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, leads, and customer feedback. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present them to the sales manager.
Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to share market insights, best practices, and contribute to a collaborative sales environment.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the poultry equipment or related industry.
Strong understanding of the poultry industry, equipment, and customer needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
Result-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in selling poultry equipment or agricultural machinery.
