Position Summary: As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, guiding product development, and ensuring the successful launch and growth of our products. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and a deep understanding of customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company\'s overall goals and objectives.

- Product Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

- Customer Feedback: Use this data to inform product decisions. Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product. Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.

- Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the short-term and long-term goals for the product. Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer value and business impact.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product roadmap.

- Requirements Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Release Planning: Plan and coordinate product releases, including feature launches, updates, and bug fixes. Ensure timely and successful delivery of product releases.

- Performance Monitoring: Track key product metrics and KPIs to assess product performance. Use data to make data-driven decisions and optimize the product.

- Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats to the product.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree in a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).

- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology or software company.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.

- Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.

- Experience with product management tools and software is a plus.
