Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Steer the financial direction of the business and lead strategic financial planning
- Automating/strengthening processes to build the foundation of closed-loop financial tracking, forecasting systems, and business intelligence
- Support the leadership team in fund-raise activities by preparing required collaterals, managing due diligence processes, and addressing Q&A with investors/lenders
- Budgeting, forecasting, and tracking profitability by each centre monthly
- Ensure 100% compliance with Taxation, Company Law, Labor Laws, Financial Reporting, and Audit
- Effectively tracking and strengthening internal systems/controls by partnering with the external Internal Auditor
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance with 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience
- Good understanding of FP&A and fund-raising activities
- Excellent data presentation and synthesis skills with attention to detail and the ability to quickly absorb and interpret large datasets
- Energetic and passionate professional with the ability to set up processes and systems
- Results-oriented and problem-solving mindset
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Demonstrates a high level of personal and intellectual integrity
- Based out of or willing to locate to Gurugram/Delhi-NCR
