AVP / Sr. Manager - Policy |Credit and Risk Policies for SME Secured and Unsecured Business |

Job description:
Role - AVP/Sr. Manager - Policy

Location - Head Office, Okhla, New Delhi

Reporting to Head - Policy

Key Result Areas :

- Defining and implementing policies and process flows for new product initiatives

- Drafting of credit and risk policies for SME secured and unsecured business

- Review of credit policy and changes to it from time to time to meet business / regulatory/ market changes within the overall risk appetite of the organization

- Circulation of advisories and issuing the circulars related to the Policy desk. Maintaining the repository of the policies.

- Guiding front-end team on the policy changes/ clarifications and conducting training for effective implementation

- Coordinating with the IT team for the Implementation of policies in the LOS/ rule engines including System integrations/ enhancements on a need basis

- Traveling to locations whenever required for training and on-field market assessments.

- Interaction with various central teams (Product / Legal / PMO / Compliance / I.T. / COPS/ Risk Analytics etc.) on Policy changes and implementation

- Managing internal & and external audit queries with Policy and closure of audit requirements within defined timelines

- Implementation of policy actions based on the learning from portfolio management.

- Knowledge of lending framework in the NBFC spectrum and more specifically of the SME business

- Good knowledge of writing policies. Prior experience in policy with Fintech/ retail NBFCs

- Good presentation skills and Excel knowledge

- Sound knowledge of the regulatory framework and current guidelines

- Good communication

Skills Required :

- Qualification Graduate with professional qualifications / Postgraduate

- No years of Industry experience 7+ years of work experience wherein 5 years must be with the Policy or Risk Team
