+ Architect with Masters in Planning 15- 20 years of experience in master planning, urban infrastructure planning, techno- feasibility projects. Experience in the field of urban planning and urban finance- DP, MP, Sectoral assessment, urban infra planning, etc .
+ He/ She should be willing to travel in India & outside.
+ Candidates working with Developers/ real estate need not to apply.

+ developing creative and original planning solutions as per project specifications.
+ researching and designing planning policies to guide development.
+ designing layouts and drafting design statements.
+ using information technology systems such as CAD (computer-aided design) or GIS (geographical information systems).
+ scheduling available resources to meet planning targets.
+ writing reports, often of a complex nature, which make recommendations or explain detailed regulations.
