Responsibilities
As the AVP - Financial Performance, your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading strategic financial planning and analysis to drive business financial goals.
• Managing business performance metrics and delivering comprehensive insights to stakeholders.
• Conducting in-depth variance analysis and creating innovative financial models.
• Developing budgets and forecasts while ensuring financial controls and compliance.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivering actionable insights for growth.
• Providing leadership, mentoring, and support to the finance team.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• A CA/MBA or equivalent degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• At least 10+ years of progressive experience in financial performance and business finance.
• Expertise in strategic financial planning, FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to handle large datasets and draw meaningful insights.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading teams and driving financial initiatives.
• Proficiency in financial tools like SAP, Oracle, or comparable systems.
