What you will work on:

Take ownership of the vertical, managing it end-to-end, from strategy to execution Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for growth, profitability, and scalability Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the vertical's reach Ensuring the portfolio growth and quality on Pan-India level for relationships managed Provide direction, set goals, and ensure the team delivers on KPIs and business objectives Maintain relationships with the teams of Channel Partners to build stickiness and get consistent business from them Work closely with the Tech team to develop systems in order to best serve the corporate clients Manage existing programs to ensure seamless financing of partners of associated corporates Represent the vertical in senior leadership meetings, providing insights and updates on performance

The ideal candidate:

8+ years of experience in business development, vertical management, team management Good understanding of Financial Products and Credit Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset, able to adapt to dynamic business environments Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

Qualification and Experience:

MBA or Master's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field 8+ years of experience in building and nurturing mega-alliances, partners especially with banks, BFSI
