Support the GTB Channels Technology team in the successful implementation of the integrations between GTB channels and core banking system (Oracle FLEXCUBE) across Mashreq geographies by acting as the primary interface between the Technology and the assigned business group and the project implementation team.
The person in the role will also act as the Techno-Functional Expert and System Analyst and its interactions/dependences with other bank systems and country applications/networks. The role involves ensuring seamless integration, testing, and validation of all digital channels with the upgraded core system.
Responsibilities:

• Assess impact of core banking upgrade on existing OBDX integrations.
• Work closely with Core Banking and Digital Channels teams to validate interfaces and APIs.
• Ensure end-to-end testing of channel journeys (Payments, Transfers, Onboarding, Trade, etc.).
• Identify and resolve integration defects, ensuring minimal disruption to customers
• Act as the Technology team's representative in the core banking upgrade system implementation program leading integration solutions across GTB Channels Technology products and core banking application.
• Participate in integration gap analysis sessions along with the technology, business/ Channels units and arrive at resolution strategies for various integrations between OBDX Cash, Collections, LM , VAM and Trade banking solutions and core banking application Flexcube.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Business, CX, Channels and external consultants to ensure successful system implementation
• Support design and validation of specific configurations within Oracle FLEXCUBE, Channels and surround systems. Ensuring technical & Functional alignment including local regulatory requirements.
• Provide support during SIT, UAT, and Go-Live cutover activities.
• Document integration flows, test results, and issue resolutions
• Subject Matter expert of the Channel Banking. Work in partnership with GTB Product Owners, Business Analyst, and other Technology teams.
• Domain knowledge of Channel banking or similar banking platform
• Should be able to Setup, Manage and validate build from vendor.
• Active engagement with the entire product organization with consideration to business drivers, anticipate roadblocks, encourage contributions from the entire QA and quickly address concerns.
• Perform deployments, Measure impacts, gather issues Information and Coordinate with vendor on Issues Resolution.
• Analyze System issues, participate in Root Cause Analysis and participation in decision for issues prioritization.
• Support SIT, Regressions, Performance tuning and integrations - Strategy, Scenarios and cases.
• Represent Technology in the working group of the program and update program progress update to Tech senior management.
• Ensure Banks governance process is followed and documented.
• Support to create/Modify the technical SOPs based on new system implementation.
• Support to maintain comprehensive documentation of the upgrade program, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and technical specifications related to assigned unit.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or Postgraduate
• 15+ years' experience in Corporate Channel Banking implementation with at least 5 years in system implementation/integration support.
• Hands-on experience in Core Banking systems
• Expertise in API testing, integration validation, and defect management tools.
• Experience in large-scale Core Banking Upgrade / Digital Transformation programs.
• Subject Matter expertise and hands-on experience of Channel banking.
• Should have worked on the Product Designing and implementation with respect to Business requirements.
• Cross border team working experience.
• Knowledge of Banking domain is a must
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Good verbal and written communication including ability to prepare system documentation.
• Ability to interpret solution documentation and identify areas of concern and recommend approach.
• Ability to communicate clearly with business users and Tech lead
• Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support.
• Working knowledge and experience in deploying and exposing APIs using API Connects
