JOB SUMMARY
  • Work as solution Architect for Public Key Infrastructure(PKI) and Digital Certificate Lifecycle Management(CLM).
  • Support related Encryption and Key management initiatives within the bank.
  • Support various assessments and consultancy in PKI and PKI and Digital Certificate Lifecycle Management
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible to drive strategy, deliverables and operating model for the architecture and automation function of the PKI and Digital Certificate Management.
  • Accountable to provide expert advice and drives various PKI, Digital Certificate Lifecycle Management, Encryption and Key management initiatives within the bank.
  • Responsible to drives Cloud based initiatives related to certificate management.
  • Responsible to carry out Security Impact Assessments (SIA) for applications against defined Data Protection (DP) security controls.
  • Makes recommendations to improve maturity of existing tools and capabilities improve protection.
  • Identify capability uplift opportunities to ensure an appropriate toolset, technologies and processes are in place to optimise and achieve effective and resilient Data Security Services supporting the team\'s operational objectives.
  • Own the PKI & Encryption / Key Management products strategy based on the evaluation of internal and external threat trends, business needs, regulatory and corporate drivers.
  • Work with Engineering, Infrastructure Services, Security Architecture team and Application Development organizations to develop appropriate technology solutions and facilitates integration. Develops standards in partnership with Engineering, Infrastructure Services, Security Architecture team and Application Development.
  • Responsible to identify and lead automation initiatives for the PKI and Certificate Management Service.

  • Work for Bank\xe2\x80\x99s strategy of technology transformation and simplification
Processes
  • Meet all Enterprise Technology(ET) and Information and Cyber Security (ICS) processes
Risk Management
  • Manage all risks associated with PKI and Digital Certificates as per Bank standards and policies part of First Line of Defence(1LOD)
Governance
  • Provide support to all governance activities pertaining to digital certificate usage as part of first Line of Defence(1LOD)
Regulatory & Business Conduct
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\xe2\x80\x99s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Conduct Principles
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

  • Data Security Group, Information and Cyber Security Group, Risk & Compliance team and Security Architecture team
Other Responsibilities
  • Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures; Multiple functions (double hats)
Our Ideal Candidate
  • 12 to 15 years overall experience. 06 to 07 experience in designing and implementing PKI and CLM services. Certification in Microsoft PKI services. Security Certifications. Other relevant certifications
