Job Summary

Providing guidance to colleagues, typically comprising first-line managers and supervisors. Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area. Approving requests for a certain level of authority. Ensure team members utilize consultative techniques for assessing process improvement opportunities within the organization through dialogue with operational leaders and team members Lead strategy to drive best practices for the Omni-channel customer analysis, insights, and development of testing strategies through both short term and long-term data analytics Use quantitative analysis to develop key hypotheses and considerations on customer engagement initiatives Provide compilation of analysis and results in presentation format, complete with timely and actionable recommendations for implementation Manage projects with strong technical and data driven components Work closely with the Campaign Management team on program setup and testing framework/tactics

Broad experience, across functional and technical areas, designing, developing and deploying large scale projects. Proven experience in building high performance data analytics team. Should have strong data understanding skills which helps multiple teams to support their requirements. Ability to create and deliver effective client management Define & implement resourcing strategy, involve in hiring of right talent. Developing and executing long term strategy and implementation plan for scaling the business Understanding the requirements from leadership and transforming into executable implementation plan Should be able to drive, mentor and guide team larger team, should have team and people management experience. Strong banking knowledge especially in retail and wealth segments. Should be able to manage BAU team and should be hands-on when required to deliver critical & timebound projects.

Skills and Experience

Expertise in Languages : Python, SQL/HQL, Pyspark etc Experience in tools : Open source, Dataiku/Datarobot, hue etc Good to have understanding of business intelligence platforms such as MicroStrategy, Power BI etc. Experience / working knowledge in AI tools / ChatGPT

Functional and soft skills :

o Solution Design and deployment.

o Requirement analysis, setting up data processes / logics.

o Business analytics and insights development

o Senior stakeholder communications and management

Domain :

o Banking and financial services

o Experience working with bancassurance data or with insurance service providers (desirable)
