Job Responsibilities



Review of Credit Appraisal Memoranda of new and existing loans to ensure the accuracy of all financial details and compliance with the Bank's procedures*


Risk Identification & Mitigation with respect to credit proposals and ensuring high credit quality*


Adherence of credit proposals to Head Office policies & procedures and local regulatory requirement.*


Closely work with the Business team to structure credit limits for corporate clients*


Continuous review of the bank's credit strategy, prepare recommendations for changes in products, credit limits and other terms and conditions and levels of exposure to particular market segments or customers*


Self-Assessment and continuous monitoring of sanctioned limits.*


Periodic internal and external reporting to HO and RBI, including self- assessment*


Knowledge - The candidates are expected to also have a high numeric ability and proficiency in Microsoft Excel*


Skills - Good understanding on Financial & Ratio analysis; Strong numerical and financial skills with the ability to interpret financial information and able to design and use financial models; Ability to understand and assess the effects of industry developments on the portfolio; Positive attitude towards learning and adapting to new processes*


Experience - 7- 9 years of experience with minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function*

Qualifications - Chartered / Cost Accountant or MBA -Finance , IBA/NIBM certified courses will be additional plus point*
