Job Title: AVP - U.S. Bookkeeping Service Line (Partner Track Potential)

Location: Noida (On-site)

Experience: 12+ years (minimum 5 years in leadership)

About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced leader to head our U.S. Bookkeeping Service Line. The role involves complete ownership of client delivery, quality, and growth. You will lead teams, advise clients on financial insights, and drive process automation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and scale the U.S. Bookkeeping vertical with delivery and profitability ownership Act as senior client advisor, presenting financials and supporting decision-making Mentor and develop managers and senior managers Drive automation tools and dashboards for better reporting Collaborate with business development for client acquisition and cross-selling

Requirements:

12+ years of U.S. bookkeeping/accounting experience Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online/Desktop, Xero; Bill.com, Gusto, ADP preferred Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and client-facing experience at CFO/Controller level Proven experience managing teams and process improvement initiatives
