Job Description

:
Develop and implement a robust training framework aligned with business goals and sales objectives.
Build specialized training programs for sales, channel partners, and customer service teams.
Create learning roadmaps for on boarding, product knowledge, compliance, and soft skills.
Sales Capability Building
Design training interventions to improve productivity of sales staff, field agents, and channel partners.
Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions for regional trainers/managers.
Develop digital learning modules for scalable knowledge delivery.
Content Development & Delivery
Create engaging training content, manuals, e-learning modules, and assessment tools.
Leverage digital platforms (LMS, micro learning, gamification) for impactful delivery.
Ensure content is up to date with regulatory and fintech industry changes.
Performance & Impact Measurement
Define metrics to evaluate training effectiveness (sales conversion, productivity improvement, time- to-performance).
Regularly review training outcomes and recommend continuous improvements.
Work closely with sales leadership to bridge skill and knowledge gaps.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead and mentor a team of regional trainers (if applicable).
Collaborate with Business, HR, and Compliance teams for end-to-end training needs.
Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team for workforce capability enhancement.
