Job Description

Strategic Planning & Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve organizational goals and expand market share.

Sales Performance Management:

Drive revenue growth by overseeing and motivating the sales team to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Market Analysis & Research:

Conduct market research to identify trends, understand client needs, and provide data-driven insights for property valuations and strategic decisions.

Team Leadership & Development:

Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing staff, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team environment.

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and generate leads.

Marketing & Branding:

Oversee the development and execution of promotional campaigns, leveraging various channels to attract and engage potential buyers and sellers.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment. should have minimum 12 to 16 years experience in Real estate. Should be able to handle a team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
