Job Overview:



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

AVP - Project Delivery

to lead and manage BIM and engineering design projects across global geographies. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in

BIM project management

,

team leadership

, and

client engagement

, ensuring successful, high-quality project delivery in line with organizational standards and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Strategic Leadership:



Define and implement project delivery strategies, governance frameworks, and operational standards. Align project outcomes with business objectives and client expectations. Drive innovation, standardization, and continuous improvement across project delivery functions.

Project Delivery Management:



Oversee end-to-end delivery of BIM and AEC projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality, and budget. Monitor project health, resource utilization, and profitability. Implement best practices for risk management, project scheduling, and change control.

Client & Stakeholder Management:



Act as the senior contact for major clients, driving satisfaction and repeat business. Support business development through project estimation, scope definition, and proposals. Handle client escalations and ensure proactive communication and issue resolution.

Team Leadership & Development:



Lead multidisciplinary teams across Architecture, Structure, MEP, and Scan-to-BIM disciplines. Build a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous learning. Mentor and groom internal talent for leadership growth.

Operational & Financial Oversight:



Manage project financials, profitability tracking, and revenue recognition. Ensure efficient resource planning, workload balancing, and project forecasting. Support senior management with performance dashboards and MIS reports.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Strong expertise in

BIM workflows

,

Revit

,

Navisworks

, and project collaboration tools (ACC/BIM 360). Proven experience managing large-scale BIM or AEC projects for international clients (US/UK/Middle East). Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. Strategic mindset with strong execution capability.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's/Master's in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or equivalent. 12-18 years of experience in BIM/AEC project delivery, including 5+ years in leadership roles. PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred.
