Introduction: To lead a team of Procure to Pay Analysts and Assistant managers managing P2P transactional processes across Global entities o To be the first point of contact for business escalations and act as a subject expert within the Request to Order / Invoice Management & Payment Processing function of Operations o The candidate is expected to be a business expert, familiar with the end-to-end invoicing workflow, R2P operations / payment operations, policy and procedures as well as exception handling o Good understanding to COUPA implementation Experience in project management inclusive of inter and intra department coordination o Good understanding of COUPA system products eg COUPA pay ( card to Requestor ) / Early Pay Discounting / Card on Invoices processes, o Understand the process linkages from Request to Pay stages process life cycle o Good understanding GST & WHT laws that governs the process What will you be doing o Very Strong communication and analytical skills o Exposure to continuous improvement to help bring in value add to the processes o Accountable for effective management of the end-to-end process o Manage expectations to stakeholder groups in the form of regular reporting and issue management o Ensure key reporting around GST & WHT is delivered accurately with good quality commentary o Direct accountability of performance management of team members and team deliverables o Processing queue management including workflows, exceptions, errors, ageing & checks within SLA. o To be able to drive process by effectively managing the implementation challenges. o To ensure timely and accurate submission of various regulatory reporting got Goods and service tax and withholding tax for India o Able to perform in a very complex control environment across R2O / IMT and Payment processes & ensure controls are executed effectively with Zero tolerance o Should be able to front end & Lead all External and Internal Audit discussions around the Procure to Pay processes What we\'re looking for: o Line management experience is essential o Commerce Graduate with experience of working with financial and budget information o Experience in managing AP Invoice processing o Good understanding of Request to Order & Invoice to Pay processes o Good understanding of India Goods and services tax accounting and Withholding Tax accounting o Well versed with 2A and 3B reports of GST o Strong analytical skills and ability to consider wider objectives o Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel o Good understanding of Accrual management & its impact on P&L o Takes ownership and sees issues to completion through effective prioritisation and a commitment to teamwork Skills that will help you in the role: o Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, including client facing and internal. o The ability to identify, address and where necessary escalate/manage key risks and issues. o Excellent time management and personal organisation skills. o A team player but self-starter and able to work on own initiative Where will you be working Noida Be More at Barclays At Barclays, each day is about being more - as a professional, and as a person. \'Be More @ Barclays\' represents our core promise to all current and future employees.
