The AVP - Healthcare Operations will be responsible for leading and managing the overall healthcare operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service excellence across multiple client accounts. The role involves strategic planning, operational governance, performance optimization, client relationship management, and leadership development to drive sustainable business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Oversee end-to-end healthcare operations, including RCM (Revenue Cycle Management), Provider Services, Payer Operations, or related healthcare processes.
Drive process efficiency, quality metrics, and productivity across multiple teams.
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve organizational goals, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with company vision and business expansion plans.
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for key healthcare clients.
Ensure delivery excellence, client retention, and identify opportunities for process improvement and upselling.
Team Management & Development:
Lead and mentor operations managers, team leads, and functional heads.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Performance & Compliance:
Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
Conduct periodic audits and ensure adherence to quality and data security standards.
Reporting & Analytics:
Prepare and present performance dashboards, operational reports, and business reviews to senior leadership and clients.
Use data-driven insights to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance client outcomes.
Process Transformation:
Identify automation, digital transformation, and workflow optimization opportunities to enhance productivity and accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 3+ years in a senior management or AVP-level role.
Proven experience in managing large-scale healthcare processes such as RCM, Provider/Payer Operations, or US Healthcare BPO.
Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance, healthcare billing, claims, and denial management.

Pay: ₹1,363,482.18 - ₹2,588,821.74 per year
