Role Description



This is a full-time, on-site role for a AVP Sales - HNI Real Estate Sales located in Bengaluru. The AVP Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, managing high-net-worth individual (HNI) client transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales strategies. Daily tasks include general management, customer service, team management, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications



Experience in Sales and Customer Service Skills in General Management and Team Management Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Strong communication and negotiation abilities Relevant experience in HNI real estate sales is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field

Pay: Up to ?1,800,000.00 per year
