enterprises of India by providing them timely access to adequate business funding to
run and grow their business.
There are over 60 million micro enterprises which have struggled with accessing
credit from formal lending channels as majority of these enterprises did not maintain
formal documentation for their businesses, had no collateral to offer and seldom had
prior credit histories. This resulted in a debt gap of INR 16 trillion (IFC Report 2012).
Designed an innovative Cluster Based Credit Assessment
underwriting methodology, and various data analytical scorecards as well as
psychometric analysis, which allows us to make risk selection even in the absence of
traditional business documentation.

Candidate Profile
- Has good understanding of lending or more domains, Strong knowledge of business analysis, business products, and IT systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving and understanding the big-picture.
- Requirements Elicitation and Analysis using Visual Modeling, Business Process Modeling, Data Modeling, UML, Use Cases, Flow Charts, Stream-line diagrams, Context Diagrams, Domain Models etc
- Working knowledge of Database features, Entities & Attributes, Data dictionary, data rules and DML operations. Ability to understand conceptual, logical and physical data models, SQL query writing involving multiple joins; set operations and sub-queries.
- Communication (Verbal and Written), Elicitation and facilitation skills, Ability to embrace and understand the change process, Issue / Escalation management, Negotiation/Decision making skills, effective in planning, scheduling and delegation.
Other:
Good grasp of Agile methodology, business analysis in Agile; Lending Business Domain experience (Preferred Micro Finance Business), having worked on IT related projects, Has performed Feasibility Analysis, exposure to IT Strategy Road Map assignments
Job Responsibility: -
1) Lead a Team of BAs in translating Business requirements across core applications in to actionable inputs for IT Partners for delivery
2) Manage the complete SDLC cycle of business requirements starting with BRDs -Techno-functional specifications - Development - UAT- Production release
3) Conduct Cost Benefit analysis of all major projects recommend a Prioritization Framework for project delivery keeping in mind the business objectives
4) Effectively engage with User Group to meet the project delivery objectives and keep them updated on status of various projects
5) Create an Application Roadmap for Core applications in line with business objectives
6) Drive the IT governance framework on New product development/enhancement and release management
7) Ensure technology related issues are addressed in a timely and cost-effective manner
8) Lead the Budget preparation existing and New application developments
9) Lead the steer com and other engagement framework with key partners
10) Lead the production support for all the applications
11) Ensure adherence to SLAs
12) Institutionalize best processes for effective production support and better stakeholder management
13) Management reporting of dashboards
14) Building a high performing team
Competencies Required-:
Education : Graduate / Master degree (computers preferred)
Loan Management System(LMS) experience is a must
Cost to company: 18-20 LPA (Fixed +Variable)
