About the team and role
The role will involve strong financial sense and negotiation skills to arrange the funds via structured debt route for originators who place the pools on the pool platform by cultivating and fostering relationships with investors.
Key responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential investors - Banks, Mutual Funds, Family Offices, Wealth Managers,

Insurance Companies, etc. to pitch about the company and onboard them. Negotiate pricing and other terms of the sanction and coordination of transaction execution.

• Pitch the pool platform to the investors and ensure the transactions to be executed on the

platform.

• Improve the investor stickiness of the platform and increase the wallet share with the help of platform.
• Platform Usage agreements signed for the platform with the investor community
• Manage and lead the identification and approach to Private Banks, NBFCs, mutual funds,

insurance companies & other debt investors; including identification of overseas funding sources

• Build on relationships with existing investors, preparing reports to meet deadlines and submitting further applications for funding
• Understand due diligence requests from prospective investors, research and gather necessary information and prepare a comprehensive response
• Produced detailed annual action plans on specific areas of responsibility outlined above,

identifying areas for growth and development, outlining measurable objectives

• Objectively review the success and achievements against agreed targets, identifying strengths.

Desired Skills and Experience –

• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a highly complex financial control and fund raising at corporate level
• In depth understating of banking environment, treasury function, treasury products, regulatory and liquidity reporting skill
• Experience in Balance sheet Regulatory reporting/ statistical reporting.
• Ability to anticipate and identify areas for business, potential problems and demonstrate a proven track record in solving complex and ambiguous issues
• Identify investors, originate fundraising process from various investors and onboard them to the platform
• Experience of managing a team of finance professionals
• Experience of working and building strong business relationships in a changing environment
• Proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple deliverables.
