Role & Responsibilities:

- Identify talent opportunities & challenges for the business unit one is aligned to owning the talent management strategy of the unit.

- Work on strategic projects such as creating, and upgrading resources, policies and practices. Work in an agile manner on projects and solve pressing challenges.

- Address employees\' and managers\' most urgent needs including compliance and employee relations issues such as workplace disputes, harassment or legal matter and also people manager support responsibilities like coaching. The role is key to supporting the workforce and ensuring employees are productive and engaged.

- Responsible for the entire employee lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding including close partnership with Talent Acquisition.

- Build the credibility of the HR function by providing valued input on business issues facing the organization, particularly those that impact the culture, employee engagement and retention.

- Maintain a high level of communication with all levels of the organization and contribute to the decision-making process of structuring the organization for success. Implement leadership development strategies for the organization, with close alignment to the business and succession planning outcomes.

Skills Required:

- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and employees across the organization.

- Behaviour & Attitude: Integrity, Passion, Compliance with conscience, handling highly confidential information in a professional manner.

- Strong foundational understanding of talent management & understanding of processes, policies and systems within HR.

- Ability to collaborate with internal/external business partners using a consultative approach to identify business goals and performance gaps.

Expertise :

- Full-time MBA from premier institutes is preferred.

- 9+ years of industry experience.

- Robust exposure in Employee Relations/HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Ops, SAP Operations, Statutory Compliances, Disciplinary procedures, and Performance Appraisals.
