: Role Summary/Purpose: The AVP, Operations Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for supporting all Operational reporting build design processes. This includes, but is not limited to, ownership of reporting design development, conceptual design, timeliness, and process performance. This role is responsible for interacting with internal and external team key stakeholders across various levels of the business. The selected person will be required to identify opportunities to improve report effectiveness and efficiency, while increasing build production efficiency, and maximizing usage of available tools. This role will require the individual to provide build concepts to the Engagement team, and monitor their performance and efforts to achieve the visualization goals/concepts that are required. This individual will be the team's point of contact for visualization standards, documenting those standards, and building concept templates for the overall team. "This position is remote, where you have the option to work from home. On occasion we may request for you to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events.   • Ensure accurate and timely production of all visualizations and concept design builds as part of the Engagement team Agile build process.
  • Establish and document Standard Operating Procedures and business practices for team dashboard schema designs.
  • Managing dashboard concepts for incoming reporting requests and requirements for development and placing that directive in an easy to understand request.
Act As Owners
  • Take the lead on critical projects & work with the Build Specialists/Managers/Relationship Managers to implement concepts/designs
  • Work with internal/external team stakeholders to establish key metrics, reports and business dashboards that meet all desired needs.
  • Driving annual productivity and process improvements by identifying opportunities to consolidate or eliminate current reporting.
Relate & Inspire
  • Develop and manage team build templates
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
  • Instrumental in achieving overall team strategy goals (Self-Serve/Dashboard to Detail/etc.)
  • Will be responsible for the design and development of interactive dashboards and associated infographics that are graphically astatic and are able to be modified at various required timeframes by the Reporting Run team.
Elevate Every Day
  • Leverage in-depth understanding of business processes and external events to interpret data shifts within the world of graphic and conceptual design to keep the team up to date on new industry developments.
  • Take the lead in Dashboard builds & enhancements for all the critical functions.
  • Influence Senior Management on usage of new tools/solutions built by the team.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or any electronic visualization enhancing discipline with minimum 5+ years of overall experience or in lieu of a degree, minimum 7+ years of overall experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in conceptual design focused toward eService tool development.
  • Minimum 3+ years experiencing in applications (Tableau, Visual Analytics, and Adobe PhotoShop/Illustrator software.
  • Preferred, but not exclusive, understanding of card industry however has experience communicating business results.
  • Strong written/oral communication skills

Desired Characteristics:
  • Strong project management, communications, multi-tasking, ability to work independently, relationship management skills.
  • Solid understanding of card industry, financial P&L drivers, and key sensitivities, with business performance reporting experience.
  • Experience with Web tool development, Tableau, Visual Analytics, and Adobe PhotoShop/Illustrator software.
  • Think strategically and ability to identify business opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and multiple initiatives
  • Able to provide examples of conceptual design work completed in the past.
